  • We offer annual maintenance contracts to premises in Essex, Suffolk, Kent, London and surrounding areas who need a professional, compliant and cost effective solution in place.

    We can offer CSL DigiAir Pro 3 (GSM) Fire Alarm Monitoring for our clients, through our monitoring station (ARC) in time for the PSTN switch off.

    Our engineers are on 24/7 standby for any call outs due to breakdowns on any systems maintained by us. Our schedule of rates for call outs are extremely competitive.

    Our Fire Alarm Maintenance is carried out to BS5839 and all our paperwork is fully compliant and gives you all the information about your system you could ever need, including condition of devices, panels and results of battery checks and load testing.

    Our Fire Extinguisher Maintenance is carried out to BS5306-3 and all our paperwork is fully compliant and gives detailed information about each extinguisher including expiry dates, weights, conditions and locations (even down to how it is fixed in place)!

  • We have a fully qualified FD&A designer who can produce designs for Fire Safety Systems from scratch in a professional CAD format.

    We also provide an in-house, cost effective service to draw our own Zone Plans and As Fitted Drawings to provide to our maintenance customers.

    All O&Ms are produced in house to a professional standard and we will support all our customers with additional documentation when needed.

  • Our Staff are fully trained and experienced with commissioning Fire Safety Systems and we use all compliant documentation when providing you with a thorough Operating and Maintenance Manual.

    Systems are commissioned by our own experienced and competent engineers, and installation work is generally carried out by one of our trusted electrically qualified sub contractors who we have used in various roles for many years. All parts of the project are certificated to the highest standard and we ensure all our works are in line with BS5839 and Building Regulations.

  • Whenever we provide a quotation for maintenance or works, we offer a free survey to visit you and make sure we understand all of your requirements before providing you with our quotation for the works. Usually we can turn around our quotes on the same day as the survey visit, and we can book in surveys as soon as tomorrow!

    We will never charge for advice or technical support given over the phone or email to our customers.

  • Some Fire Safety Systems are classed as “closed protocol” which means that only those engineers who are trained and approved to work on the systems can access things like parts and programming software/training.

    Foster Fire are able to work on these systems as our engineers and/or subcontractors are trained and licensed with GENT, Siemens, Protec and more!
