Fire Alarm and Extinguisher Engineer

Basic £37,000 per annum plus overtime (when available)

We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm and Extinguisher Engineer to help us carry out our essential Fire Safety Services for our customers! The successful candidate will be experienced in working in the Fire industry and be able to carry out small installation works and servicing by themselves. No commissioning experience is necessary.

As a very small company; we are looking for somebody who wants to be an integral part of the Foster Fire Family and provide assistance to the director, have opinions about the direction of the company, and be a fundamental character as the business grows.

Requirements:
- Driving License
- Some FIA Training
- 5+ Years Experience with Fire Alarms

Roles:
- Service and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems and Extinguishers across Essex and London
- Small Works and Small Installations of Fire Alarm Systems directly for clients
- Some Small Project Work for Electrical Contractors
- Eventually leading to a possible lead engineer role with other engineers reporting to you

Administrator/Coordinator

Basic £27,000 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Administrator/Coordinator to join us to assist in looking after our portfolio of clients, by providing the best service possible when booking in maintenances, call outs and installations. The successful candidate will be able to liaise with our engineers and customers, to provide a seemless process of completing works and making customer satisfaction our strength.

As a very small company; we are looking for somebody who wants to be an integral part of the Foster Fire Family and provide assistance to the director, have opinions about the direction of the company, and be a fundamental character as the business grows.

Roles:
- Booking and Raising service and maintenance tasks for our engineers using our intuitive and user friendly CDM software
- Raising Service and Defect Quotes from phone call enquiries and follow up works from completed tasks
- Dealing with emails and phone calls from our customers and prospective customers
- Assisting the director with administrative tasks for the general running of the business
- Eventually leading to a possible office management role
