This HMO in Southend was in need of a Fire Alarm System to improve their Fire Safety and satisfy their Fire Risk Assessment for the property, allowing the owner to rest easy knowing the property is protected so that the tenants would be notified with plenty of time to escape if a fire was detected at the property.

Due to the building being fully tenanted, and nicely decorated, a hardwired installation would have been inappropriate. So this was another perfect property for a Cygnus Wirefree Fire Alarm System!

We installed this system in 1 day with no mess and no disruption to the tenants (we only needed a few minutes in each bedroom to fit the detector). We provided training to the manager of the HMO and all documentation including certification, as fitted drawings and manuals for the project as a Grade A LD2 Fire Alarm System, and left the property with a fully working and compliant Fire Alarm System the same day!
